2. Content Ownership, Platform Rights & Collaborative Usage

You retain ownership of all images, products, listings, and other content ("Your Content") uploaded to your store.

By using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and adapt your content for purposes including but not limited to:

  • Displaying on our website and apps
  • Promoting your store
  • Enhancing the customer experience

Collaborative Platform Rights

As we expand and launch cross-platform collaborations, marketplaces, or directories, we may use non-personal store data (product names, descriptions, pricing, images, and tags) to:

  • Improve product discovery
  • Showcase your content across third-party platforms
  • Boost visibility and SEO performance

⚠️ Note: No personal data (e.g. owner identity, customer lists, payment details) will be used in this process.

3. Store Monitoring & Unusual Activity

We monitor store behavior and platform usage for suspicious or harmful activity.

  • Permanently block access in severe cases

Examples include fake listings, misleading promotions, spam behavior, or system abuse.

4. Payment Obligations

If your store is subscribed to a paid plan or commission model, you must make payments on time.

In the event of a missed payment:

  • You will receive one reminder notification
  • If unresolved, we may block your store access, including the dashboard, order management, and public storefront.
  • Access will be restored only after payment is received or a support appeal is approved.

5. Store Verification Requirements

At any time, we may ask for business verification documents to maintain platform quality and compliance.

Required documentation may include:

  • Government-issued ID
  • PAN/VAT number
  • Business licenses
  • Proof of store ownership

Failure to provide required information may lead to restricted access or permanent removal.

6. Data Privacy & Security

  • Your data is protected with end-to-end encryption and industry-grade security standards.
  • We never share, sell, or misuse your personal or store-specific data.
  • Store owners are responsible for the security of their accounts and must report unauthorized access immediately.

7. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your store if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You fail to provide valid documentation
  • Payment is not received after notification
  • Unusual or prohibited activities are detected
  • You breach any applicable law or third-party rights

In the event of termination, your access, data, and functionality may be permanently disabled.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or termination of your store.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability or third-party service integrations.

  • Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
